It is a cultural and recreational club for affiliated members with and without disabilities that was established in November 2017. The club focuses on training members through its various activities on psychological and social stability, instilling the value of friendship, and respect for all.

As members celebrate national holidays and social events, the club holds its spring break activities during January and February.
